Description: PSPE is a PSP Emulator for Windows that plays Homebrew Games and Demos. The EBOOT.PBP files are placed into sub folders and then browsed via the emulators window. It has no Menus to load any games. This is the world’s first PSP emulator, and while it is rather basic in its current state, it shows great promise for future emulators running commercial games for the PSP.
