Commodore 64 Emulators

Released in August of 1982 (the same month and year as the Colecovision), the Commodore 64 may very well be the best 8 bit computer of all time. Ok, I admit that i’m biased, but I loved my Commodore 64. I got my Commodore 64 in 1985 and used it quite a bit along site my Amiga until the early 90s. The games of the Commodore 64 are what I played mainly during my Jr. highschool years of the mid 80s. Some classics I played were Jumpman, Ghosts and Goblins, Bombjack, Summer Games I and II, Pitstop I and II and countless arcade ports. The music on the Commodore 64 was incredible for its time. Thankfully, there are thousands of SID rips available, and playable on your PC or Macintosh from The High Voltage SID Collection.
