I have finally had a chance to re-add most of the free online games to the VGN arcade! As of now, not ALL have been converted to the new system, but the vast majority have, and this includes the most played from before. There are also a couple of new free online games that you will notice. Also, a few games that didn’t save their high scores before, like Berzerk now are able to! Check it out!

August 6 2007 – All downloads/sections should now be fully functionable. Now the VGN Arcade is in the process of being converted along with the accumulated high scores. Once this is functional, you’ll see a post here.

Finally, (took longer than i thought), the new CMS to run this site is up and running. There will obviously be things that aren’t complete, so dont be surprised if you encounter a bad link or two. Most of the emulation archives have been convert, with a few left to go. After this is done, the arcade and highscores will be converted. All users who required their passwords to be kept on the new system, have had them transfered. Anyway. I hope you enjoy the site. Should (hopefully) be faster running, easier to navigate, and so forth. News posts and updates will now resume as well.

There is an update of the emulator based on the Arcadia 2001 and clones, its good, very accurate emulation (I compared it against the real console) and runs all ROMs that I tested. Find out for yourself!
