ZSNES v1.52 WIP build 5124 - the last from iPher
This doesn’t appear to be an april fools joke, but according to iPher, author of many WIP ZSNES releases, this will be the LAST WIP release of ZSNES, probably the best SNES emulator available for Windows from him:
