Nintendo today (October 2nd in Japan) announced the new Nintendo DSi. The Nintendo DSi apparently has these new features over the regular Nintendo DS:
The GBA slot is gone while the size has been reduced by 12% or 2.6 millimeters, a 3 Megapixel camera, music playback, and screens that are expanded to 3.25 inches, an SD slot also, built-in memory, an on-board browser, and game downloads that use Wii Points! The DSi will come with 1,000 free Wii Points, a new download service to accompany WiiWare: DSWare is confirmed. The Nintendo DSi will be launched on November 11th of this year and will come in white and black, and cost around 18,900 yen or roughly $179 (US Dollars). Shacknews has the details.
