Model 2 Emulator 0.9 WIP - Colors fixed for Virtua Cop 2 and Virtua Fighter 2

Peabo has posted some more news and screenshots about his progress and improvements with Sega Model 2 arcade game emulator 0.9, due for release i assume fairly soon.  Colors now seem to be perfect for both Virtua Cop 2 and Virtual Figher 2.
