SSF v0.09 beta R1 is the best Sega Saturn emulator available for Windows, although SSF is still far from being considered “complete” or near complete. SSF 0.09 beta R1 has the following changes (rough Japanese to English translation:
MAME Plus 0.124u4 is an unofficial build of MAME 0.124u4. MAME Plus contains all the changes and updates found in the regular release of MAME, but with added features such as high score save support. Additionally, the author of MAME Plus has added support for the MESS core as well. Download at MAME Plus 0.124u4 at our MAME page.
MAMEUI 0.124u4 (previously named MAME32) is a build of MAME with an integrated frontend. MAMEUI seems to be the popular choice for users of the MAME emulator, as its easier to deal with than a command link based version of MAME. This version of MAMEUI is available in both 32bit and 64bit versions. Download MAMEUI 0.124u4 at our MAME page.
MAMEUIFX32 V0.124u4 is a derivative unofficial build based on the original MAME/MAMEUI source code. MAMEUIFX32 V0.124u4 has these these improvements over regular MAME:
Here it is, MAME 0.124u4, the s “U” release of the MAME 0.125 cycle. MAME 0.124u4 is again another bug fix release over the previous release. A list of changes in MAME 0.124u4 over the previous U release is as follows:
There is already a game in MAME called ‘Jumping Pop’, that one is a Korean hack of Tumble Pop by ESD, so when a user going by the name of ‘Wavesolder’ on the mameworld.info forums posted that he had a *different* game called Jumping Pop, this one by NICs it sparked my interest.
From his initial screenshot it looked like they were using a Taito font in the game, and from the 2nd screenshot he then sent me it became quite clear that this game was based on Taito’s Plump Pop. Like most of these Korean hacks/bootlegs they’ve changed all the graphics, all the sounds, rewritten parts to work with different hardware, but still used the original game code as a basis of it all.

Guru got lots of stuff from Japan a couple of days ago to dump for MAME, which you will likely be seeing emulated soon:
AmigaSYS is a fully pre-configured AmigaOS system. To install, you’ll need the original AmigaOS CD or disk (AmigaOS 3.0 or 3.1 or 3.9), after installing these, we will get the fully configured system. The AmigaSYS pack contains every important program, which is required by the user.
Built-in programs
With AmigaSYS, you will get a full valued AmigaOS enviroment, you can listen to music, browsing the internet, play games, watch demos, or run professional Amiga user programs, etc.

Ootake 1.45 is a PC Engine emulator for Windows. Ootake is the most frequently updated PC Engine emulator available for windows, and Ootake is also one of the more complete. Also, Ootake is FREE unlike Magic Engine. This update has the following changes:

Wine 0.9.60 is an Open Source implementation of the Windows API on top of X, OpenGL, and Unix. Think of Wine as a compatibility layer for running Windows programs. Wine does not require Microsoft Windows, as it is a completely free alternative implementation of the Windows API consisting of 100% non-Microsoft code, however Wine can optionally use native Windows DLLs if they are available. Wine provides both a development toolkit for porting Windows source code to Unix as well as a program loader, allowing many unmodified Windows programs to run on x86-based Unixes, including Linux, FreeBSD, Mac OS X, and Solaris.
