MAME 0.123

Here it is, MAME 0.123, the final, none beta release. MAME 0.123 is again another bug fix release over the previous release. This release however is signficant though, in the fact MAME 0.123 is basically a tribute/celebration of the MAME Project and its authors, because on February 10th, 2008, the MAME project will be (if you can believe this) *11* years old.
