MAME32 (64bit) is a build of MAME with an integrated frontend. MAME32 seems to be the popular choice for users of the MAME emulator, as its easier to deal with than a command link based version of MAME. This version of MAME32 is optimized for 64 bit PCs to take advantage of the speed of the newer processors. If you have a 32bit process, you can also download the 32bit version of MAME32.
