nullDC netplay plugin
refraction has released the first addon to add netplay support to nullDC, quite possibly the best Sega Dreamcast emulator for Windows. Be aware, this is the 1st release, its very buggy, far from perfect, and the author(s) know this. Do NOT hassle them if you run into problems using it, as they are already aware of the issues.
