NEONDS is a new attempt for emulating the DS hardware on a windows based x86 processor. Its a very new emulator and a lot of thing are on the to-do list but still the author states that you check the limit frame box to limit the emu to 60 fps as it runs faster then the real hardware.
However the 3D background emulation isnt emulated as of yet and this version has a fixed key mapping on board but stay tuned as this emu looks very promising.
