amponzi updated his unofficial WIP bulild of DeSmuME which is a Nintendo DS emulator for Windows. Sprite Rotation for alternate sized sprites works now (Fixes Super Princess Peach and Megaman ZX crashes). Download at our Nintendo DS emulation page.
