MAME Plus has been updated, again, to 0.111c

Here is what’s new:

* fixed audit bug: duplicated audit text in dialog
* disabled cps2 chd as default
* Add Hyper Street Fighter II (Asia 040202), Puzz Loop 2 (Euro 010302)
